The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how SolarGaps and its resellers, suppliers, licensors or other affiliates (collectively, the “Contributors”) collect, retain and use personal information that may be collected by SolarGaps, when you visit the Site, when you call SolarGaps or any of its Contributors to receive sales or technical support, or when you use the SolarGaps Applications on your personal devices. If you control of your SolarGaps products through Amazon Alexa, we will also collect your name, login information, account creation date, Amazon ID, device name, channel name, scene name, schedule name, frequency of use and device location.

SolarGaps and its Contributors may collect this information from you in person during initial purchase and installation of your controller hardware, via conversations or messages exchanged over phone or internet, through automated systems that log your use of the SolarGaps products, and through your use of the Applications and Amazon Alexa.

Site Visit Tracking Technologies

As is standard practice on many corporate websites, the Site may use “cookies” and other technologies to help SolarGaps understand which parts of the Site are the most popular and the preferences of SolarGaps users.
